Hidden Husband: Replaced by Her First Love Chapter 05
1 stepped off the plane, and the second I cleared the gate, I saw Ashley holding a sign above her head, scanning the crowd for me.
Perhaps she was trying to cheer me up. “Oh, right. Faith must be going mad trying to find you now, right?”
I shook my head. “I already blocked her. She’ll hear from me when it’s time for the court hearing.”
Ashley patted my shoulder gently. “Alright then. From now on, focus on your work. Your future is more important than your love life.”
In the past, I might have argued with her, but after experiencing heartbreak myself, I knew she was right.
Ashley took me to a room the company had assigned to me. It was a small private room, but it was warm and bright.

some success.
Just when I thought my life was getting back on track, Ashley suddenly approached me and told me I was being suspended from work.
She turned her laptop toward me, looking conflicted. “Have a look yourself.”
When I saw the large, prominent text on screen, I froze.
“Impotent Husband Betrays Wife! Forces Her Into Friend’s Bed-She Begs Him to Stop!”
It wasn’t the headline that shocked me, but the username of the person who posted the article. I recognized it—it belonged to Faith.
The article was full of lies, claiming that my infertility had twisted something in me. I was accused of abducting
