After I Learned I Was Going to Be His Ex-Wife Chapter 11
Late that night, I saw another post from Ethan.
[My wife wants to divorce me for another man. How do I win her back?]
I thought I was seeing things from staying up too late.
The comments were brutal.
[Why would you even try to win her back? Just get the divorce.]
Ethan: [No. I can’t divorce her. And the guy made me realize something. Maybe I am the one to
blame.]
[I’m not good with words. I don’t know how to make her laugh. I’m probably boring. Of course she got tired of me.]
[If she needs some excitement outside our marriage, I don’t blame her. As long as she doesn’t leave me, that’s enough.]
The commenters were shocked.
[Did I just read that right?]
[Dude, even zombies would vomit after eating your brain.]
[I have no words. I’m logging off.]
[Then go beg her to stay, do whatever it takes. Offer to support her and the other guy.]
Ethan replied to that one. [You really think that would work?]
The commenters gave up.
[This has to be a joke.]
[Nope. He’s seriously in love. Check his last post.]
I opened his previous post with shaking hands.
[I think my wife is cheating on me. She’s even giving my clothes to him. How do I convince her to come back?]
Comments: [Is this a joke?]
i was so confused.
If it weren’t for the “less than 0.1 miles away” tag under his name. I’d have thought I had the wrong person.
But Ethan was supposed to want the divorce.
Even if he thought I was cheating, this didn’t make sense.
I couldn’t figure it out. I decided to go ask him.
But when I knocked on his door, there was no answer. It seemed like he was asleep.
I checked the comments again. He hadn’t replied to any more.
Fine, he was really asleep. I’d ask him tomorrow.
But I never got the chance.
The next person to contact me was Julia West, the woman the comments called the female lead.
