He Forced My Parents to Death 15 Years Ago-Now I Let Him Go To Prison Fate Chapter 09

Dale took one look at what he was facing. Even someone as stupid as him realized he had walked right into

my trap.

Before he could open his mouth to make excuses, the parents couldn’t hold back anymore.

The insane things Dale had just said had crossed every parent’s last nerve.

A dozen fathers, their eyes bloodshot, charged at him.

“You want to poison my son? I’ll kill you first, you bastard.”

“You heartless animal. You’d murder our kids just to get even?”

Fists and feet came down on Dale from every direction.

He got kicked to the ground and squealed like a stuck pig.

At first he managed to curl up and curse back at them while they hit him. But soon he could barely breathe,

let alone shout.

When it looked like they might actually beat him to death, I signaled the head of security to pull the fathers

off.

I walked slowly to where Dale lay and pulled a thick stack of documents from my bag, slamming it into his

face.

“You think I’ve been doing nothing for the past two weeks?”

“I spent a lot of money tracking down every one of your old associates from fifteen years ago. They’re all lining up to become cooperating witnesses to save their own skins.”

“Every page in here is a signed confession from them.”

“How you ordered them to throw filth into my family’s pots, how you extorted my parents, how you drove

them to their deaths, every detail. They confessed to all of it.”

Dale forced his swollen eyes open and looked at the statements, each one marked with a signature and

fingerprint.

His whole body started shaking uncontrollably.

Sirens blared outside. Flashing police lights lit up the night sky over the new campus.

Attempted poisoning at a school cafeteria serving thousands of students-this was a major criminal case.

The county sheriff’s department took it seriously. They’d sent their tactical team.

Two officers stepped forward and locked cold, heavy handcuffs around Dale’s wrists.

Dale knew what this meant. Attempted mass poisoning, plus the old case of driving my parents to suicide.

He was looking at multiple life sentences at the very least. Possibly the death penalty.

Ignoring the pain from his probably broken leg, he crawled toward me, his face covered in blood, begging like

a madman.

“Director Morrow, I was wrong. I’m a monster. Please, just let me go this once. Tell the police it was a

misunderstanding. I don’t want to die.”

“I’ll pay you back for everything from fifteen years ago. I’ll be your slave. Just please don’t let them take me.”

He sobbed and tried to wrap his arms around my leg.

I looked down at him, at his pathetic, ugly state. I raised my foot and brought the heel of my shoe down hard

on his hand.

I ground it in slowly, harder and harder, until I heard him howl.

Then I bent down so I could see his face, twisted in pain.

“Now you’re scared?”

“Go apologize to my parents yourself.”
