Adrian got out of the car with Leo in his arms. 

He looked around, but his wife was nowhere to be 

seen. 

Instead, a bunch of annoying brown–nosers 

instantly crowded him. 

Dante stepped forward with a fake smile and 

bowed. “Don Valenti, the paperwork for the project 

is ready. When do you have time to sign?” 

Before he could finish, Dante looked at Leo’s face. 

In that instant, pure horror hit him. 

The boy looked exactly like Mara! 

Dante broke into a cold sweat. No, it’s just a 

coincidence. Mara was just a pathetic nobody. 

How could she have anything to do with the 

Valenti family? 

Anoyed that his wife wasn’t there to greet him, 

Adrian loosened his tie and walked right past 

Dante, completely ignoring him. 

Dante bit his lip, completely humiliated, but her 

could only swallow his anger and follow Adrian like a dog. 

Adrian’s assistant patted Dante’s shoulder. “Don’t 

take it personally, Mr. Romano. The Don is just 

pissed because he can’t find the Donna.” 

“By the way, she was inspecting the docks today. Did you see her?” 

The Donna?! 

Dante’s heart skipped a beat. He opened his 

mouth to speak, but a child’s scream cut him off. 

A few yards away, Sienna was pinning Lily down, her sharp nails digging deep into the little girl’s 

skin. 

“You little brat, move again and I’ll kill you!” 

Seeing Adrian walk by, Lily used every ounce of 

strength to spit out the rag and screamed. 

“DADDY!!” 

Adrian stopped dead in his tracks. 

Leo rubbed his ears. “Daddy, I think I heard my 

sister.” 

Adrian’s eyes narrowed as he locked his gaze on Sienna. Pure murderous intent flashed in his eyes. 

Dante felt a terrible dread. He rushed to block 

Adrian’s view and forced a smile. “Don Valenti, 

that’s just my daughter. She’s being bad, so my 

wife is punishing her.” 

“Daddy! Look!” 

Leo pointed at Lily’s wrist peeking out from under 

Sienna’s hand. 

“That’s sister’s custom bracelet!” 

Dante’s face went completely pale. 

Sienna panicked and shrieked, “Don Valenti, it’s a mistake! There’s no way this little bitch-” 

BOOM! 

Adrian didn’t let her finish. He kicked Sienna right 

in the chest with his combat boot. 

The force sent her flying several yards. The sound of her ribs breaking was loud and clear. She curled up on the ground like a dying dog, screaming in 

agony. 

“Daddy!!” 

Free from the grip, Lily ran and threw herself into Adrian’s arms, crying her eyes out. 

Seeing his daughter’s swollen face and the raw 

scratch marks, Adrian–who loved his daughter more than life itself–felt his eyes go red with rage. 

He took off his suit jacket, wrapped it around her shaking body, and held her tight. 

“Break her arms,” Adrian ordered coldly. 

The trained bodyguards rushed forward, grabbed Sienna, and twisted her arms back. 

Crack! 

Her joints were snapped completely. Her screams 

echoed across the whole dock. 

Adrian walked over and stomped his boot right on 

Sienna’s head, crushing her face into the dirt. His 

voice was pure ice. “Who gave you permission to touch my daughter? You’re not worthy.” 

“Don Valenti… I’m sorry… I didn’t know… please 

spare me…” Sienna shook under his boot, begging 

for mercy. 

But Adrian didn’t care. He ground his heel down 

even harder. 

Lily clutched his shirt, crying. “Daddy, save 

Mommy! They locked Mommy in the freezer!” 

What?! 

The project managers turned white as ghosts and 

fell to their knees in terror. 

Dante collapsed completely, shaking all over. 

“No… impossible… Mara is the Valenti Donna? But that girl is mine…” 

Adrian didn’t even look at him. He handed his 

daughter to his assistant and turned to his men. “No one leaves this dock. Watch them. I’ll deal 

with them after I get the Donna.” 

Then, like a mad beast, he ran to the freezer and kicked the heavy steel doors open. 

Inside the freezing room, I was curled up in a 

corner, barely breathing. 

The moment Adrian saw me, his heart stopped. 

His hands shook violently as he pulled me into his 

arms. His voice cracked with tears. “Wife… I’m 

sorry. I’m so sorry I’m late. I let you suffer…” 

Feeling his warmth, my frozen body slowly started 

to feel something again. 

I forced my eyes open and whispered, “Adrian… it 

hurts so bad…” 

Adrian didn’t care about the dirt on me. He carried 

me carefully to a VIP lounge. His private doctors 

and guards rushed in, quickly wrapping me in 

blankets and starting an IV. 

Both kids threw themselves into my arms, crying. 

Leo balled his little fists, his face full of anger. 

“Mommy, those bad people hurt you and sissy. I’m 

gonna make them pay!” 

I weakly patted his little head. 

Everyone thought Adrian only had a son. But the 

truth was, I gave birth to twins. Five years ago, during a brutal war with rival gangs who kept trying to kidnap our kids, Adrian hid Lily’s existence from the world just to protect her. 

Adrian’s face was dark with pure fury. He gently touched my cheek. 

“Don’t be scared, baby,” he whispered. “The trash who did this? I have them all caught.” 

“Tonight, it’s blood for blood!”
