After My Third Divorce From Godfather, I Will Never Come Back Chapter 05

Goodbye forever, Andre.”

I ended the call decisively and turned off my phone.

As I watched the plane slowly rise into the sky, everything that had been weighing on me was finally left behind.

Andre stood in Sophia’s house, gripping the phone that had been abruptly disconnected.

His expression was dark.

His voice was low and hoarse, suppressing emotions he was desperately trying to contain.

“Where did she go?”

Sophia let out a cold laugh.

“Do you really think I would tell you?”

Andre’s gaze turned colder.

“Sophia, I’m warning you. Tell me where Rachel went.”

“So the godfather is finally getting anxious?”

Sophia ignored him and walked straight toward the door.

She pulled it open.

“Please leave.”

Andre remained standing where he was, his expression shifting between anger and uncertainty.

“We agreed that today would be the day we remarried. She can’t just disappear like this.”

“Remarry?”

Sophia covered her mouth and laughed exaggeratedly.

“Godfather, do you really think everyone will just stay where they are and wait for you forever?”

Andre’s pupils suddenly contracted, as if her words had struck a hidden thought in his heart.

But soon, he forced his emotions back down and said coldly:

“You’d better tell me where she is.”

“She even blocked your number. How can you still not understand?”

“Godfather Andre, Rachel isn’t coming back.”

Andre finally reached his limit.

He slammed his palm onto the armrest of Sophia’s sofa,

“Our relationship is not something you have the right to judge!”

“Not something I have the right to judge?”

“Then take a look at these.”

Sophia gave a sneer, pulled up screenshots on her phone, and held them out for him to see.

Andre lowered his head.

The moment he saw them, his breathing suddenly stopped.

They were my account cancellation records, my divorce certificate, and a one–way flight ticket.

The destination had been deliberately concealed.

“Do you understand now?”

Sophia smiled cruelly.

“Andre, she has completely given up on you.”

Andre’s fingers clenched until his knuckles turned white.

His voice sounded as if every word was forced out through his teeth.

“She can not leave.”

“You don’t deserve to ask her to stay.”

Sophia pushed him away and drove him out of the house.

“Now, get out!”

Andre’s car raced toward the airport like a madman.

He stormed into the terminal and pulled out his business card.

“I am the godfather of the Loreto Family. I order all flights to be stopped immediately!”

Every plane that had not yet taken off was called back for inspection.

Andre waited anxiously for the results, constantly rubbing the remarriage application in his hand.

Maybe this time, he had truly gone too far.

But there was still time.

He absolutely would not allow Rachel to leave him…

“I’m sorry, Godfather. We checked every flight, but we couldn’t find the godmother. Perhaps the flight she took has already departed.”

Andre’s expression darkened.

He immediately called his right–hand man.

“Find out where Rachel went! Now! Immediately!”

The voice on the other was tremble.

“Godfather, the godmother’s flight information has been altered. We can’t find the destination…”

Andre staggered back as if he had been struck.

“Put out a bounty across the entire underworld. We must find her!”

gave the order to his subordinate.

His voice was hoarse, his eyes were bloodshot.

As if he had finally realized,

This time, I truly no longer wanted him.
