99 Times He Left Me Mid-Moon for a Fake Omega – The 100th? I Marked His Rival Alpha Chapter 06

Maddox snatched the phone.

The photos and videos hit him like silver bullets. Me tied to that bed. His wolf went insane.

His eyes turned bloodshot. Therr he doubled over and vomited blood right there on the floor.

Veins bulged in his neck. He clutched his chest-his wolf was tearing itself apart. His voice barely squeezed through clenched fangs.

“Take it down! Delete all of this shit!”

His beta ran off to handle it. Maddox finally collapsed to his knees.

“How could this happen… I only wanted them to scare you a little… how did it turn into this…”

“The video has to be fake. Must be edited, right!”

“Arden, baby, you win… I’ll never make you angry again. I was wrong. Please come out, okay?”

He begged, voice hoarse. But no one answered.

His wolf let out a silent howl that no one heard.

Over a hundred wolves searched the lake. Dragged it. Maddox ran around like a mad wolf, shifting in and out.

“I need to see her alive or see her body!”

That was the only thing keeping him going. He’d only believe it when he saw my corpse.

Otherwise, I wasn’t dead.

That afternoon, his beta ran to the lakeside, breathless.

“We deleted all the videos and photos. But some are still sharing them privately. Legal’s handling it.”

“Also… I found out something about Luna.”

The beta stopped talking. Handed Maddox a tablet instead.

Maddox took one look. Froze solid.

“This is…”

The footage showed my car accident. Then a long section of pack hospital security cams.

It clearly showed me being brought in by ambulance. But I waited a full thirty minutes before any healer came.

Something exploded in Maddox’s head. Buzzing. His wolf went silent.

He suddenly remembered seeing me at the hospital that day. Covered in blood.

Especially between my legs. Dark red blood. Dried. Clotted.

It was so obvious. But he… he’d completely ignored it. Didn’t even ask if I was okay.

His wolf snarled. Then came the rage.

“Where were the healers?! Why didn’t anyone treat her!!”

The next second, Maddox remembered.

That same day. Quinn scraped her leg. Just a little. He rushed her to the pack hospital. Called in every single healer in the facility to check her out.

His face turned deathly pale.

That’s when his beta said:

“Luna also lost her pup from the car accident that day…”

Blood surged up Maddox’s throat again. He staggered back two steps. Collapsed.

Sat on the ground. Eyes wide. His wolf completely broken.

“The pup… Arden was carrying my pup…”

He couldn’t hold on anymore. Maddox shifted halfway, then passed out cold.
