He Forced My Parents to Death 15 Years Ago-Now I Let Him Go To Prison Fate Chapter 07

At his question, I turned and picked up the microphone from the stage.

The contractors and suppliers who had been scrambling in chaos gradually stopped what they were doing.

Everyone’s eyes turned to me.

I clicked on the microphone. My voice echoed through the hall’s speakers.

“Fifteen years ago, there was a little diner on Maple Street. The owners got up at three every morning to prep

ingredients and worked until late at night.”

“They just wanted to provide hot, cheap, filling meals for the workers near Maple Street, and to support their

daughter, who had just started middle school.”

“They were honest, hardworking people who had never even yelled at anyone in their entire lives.”

“But then a local thug set his sights on that location. He wanted to steal the property for next to nothing.”

“When they refused, he showed up every day with fifty of his men, blocking the door. Anyone who tried to eat

there got his legs broken on the spot.”

“They threw dead rats into the soup pot, then turned around and falsely accused the owners of poisoning the food, demanding hundreds of thousands in compensation.”

“The elderly couple had nowhere to turn. They were pushed to the edge. And they both drank industrial pesticide right there in the diner.”

My voice trembled slightly as I spoke.

The despair and hatred I had suppressed for fifteen years came surging back.

“When the ambulance arrived, that husband and wife were foaming at the mouth, writhing on the ground in

agony.”

“Their daughter fell to her knees, sobbing, begging that thug on her hands and knees, her forehead pressed to the floor, tears and blood mixing as she scraped her skin raw, pleading for just enough money back to

save her parents.”

“But that animal didn’t just kick that little girl several feet away. He smiled coldly and spat in her face. He said dead people didn’t need saving. Then he walked away laughing with his men, while that couple died on

the way to the hospital.”

The hall fell silent.

In the back row, a few young female teachers had tears in their eyes.

I lowered the microphone and walked slowly toward Dale.

I bent down, grabbed him by the hair, and forced his head up. “Dale Sikes, you haven’t forgotten any of this,

have you?”

“The couple you drove to their deaths were named Morrow. And I am that middle school girl who knelt on the

ground and got kicked in the chest by you.”

In that moment, Dale finally recognized me. His whole body went limp.

The teachers and creditors around him had heard every word of this bloody history. The way they looked at

Dale had completely changed.

Those creditors had only hated Sikes for not paying his debts. Now their faces were full of disgust and

contempt.

“You’re worse than garbage. You destroyed lives and got rich off their deaths. No wonder you’re getting what you deserve today.”

“Monster. You deserve to be destroyed.”

The shrill sound of sirens came from outside the hall.

Principal Hammond had called the police as soon as the conflict started, given Dale’s attempted assault with

a weapon and the ensuing riot.

Uniformed police officers walked straight to Dale, still pinned to the ground by security.

Dale was so terrified his legs could barely hold him. Two officers had to drag him out.

I stood on the steps and watched from above as they pushed him into the squad car.

I put my hands in my pockets and wrapped my fingers tightly around the yellowed family photograph.

Dale Sikes, this is only the beginning.

Your nightmare is still to come.
